Public Policy

In 2010 I was invited to sit on a public arts committee in Chicago and have been writing equitable public art policy. The purpose was this was to increase accessibility, diversifying artist and to facilitate broader public participation in arts and culture. Being an artist committed to working in public sites I see committee work and public arts policy as an extension of civic practice.
